Roses in November
« on: November 01, 2005, 08:38:13 pm »
I picked these for all my friends here at BPO.

One of the benefits of living in the desert; we can't grow grass without spending an arm and leg but we have roses year around.

Depends on what kind of "grass" you're talking about....  ;D

We're still getting a lot of Roses in our garden too, but things are really starting to die off.  We just planted our Winter veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Snap Peas, Lettuce, Arugula, Spinach) but we still have Black Krim Heirloom Tomatoes popping up as well as Cherry Tomatoes, Jalapenos and Basil.  All we need is some Mozzerella and it's Spicy Bruschetta time!  Mmm, mmmm.....

MAN! what i would've done for fresh cherry tomatoes last week. i bought a pound of prosciutto along w/ a lb of fresh mozz balls a few wks back... couldn't find good cherry tomatoes nearby and ended up tossing 1/4 lb of prosciutto away  :'(

felt like i was tossing dollar bills into the garbage...
