New Puppy
« on: November 21, 2005, 09:42:21 am »
Well, as every parent does at one time or another I broke down and caved in to one of my childerns wishes and got her a new puppy. Please welcome our new family member Clementine. She is a 9 wk old Pyr. and my youngest daughters Christmas present. We have had her for a week and she has made herself at home with our other two dogs.

If she is half as loveable, tender hearted and loyal as Sofi (our Pyr./Newf mix) is we will over joyed.

Go for it! You either have to be nuts or a true dog lover  to have three large breed dogs in your house as we do. Good luck and Merry Christmas

Congrates on the new puppy. I have gotten lucky with our last 2 puppies not chewing things up and stuff, I don't think I would want to push my luck but I would love to come and hug on your puppy (or steal him for a day ;)) She is really cute.

AW! Congratulation s, and kudos to you for bringing her into your home BEFORE the mad Christmas rush. It's so nerve wracking for a new puppy (or older dog, for that matter) to be thrown into a new environment with all the heightened senses on Christmas morning.

This way, your family gets to let her settle in so she can enjoy the holidays with you.

And, what do you call a newf/pyrenees mix? Newfenees?

We have tossed it back and forth and I'm still not sure if it is Newfeness or a Great Newf.
