9 years ago on the day after thanksgiving I picked up the runt of the litter weighing in at 3.4 lbs. He was so small fitting in the palm of my hand, and looking like a little kitten, ergo getting the nickname kitty.
Orion was the first dog I researched, and the first dog that I "trained" correctly. We were supposed to do Schutzhund, but our path didn't lead that way.
He was smart, silly, majestic, and cuddly always ready for a "butt rub"
He was my boy, never caring were we were as long as we were together.  Whenever he felt any kind of threat he would position himself in front of me, protecting me.
He helped "raise me" and taught me countless lessons.
He was so full of life .......
9 years later the day after thanksgiving I let go of my friend. He had an aggressive tumor on his heart. He is already missed, and will forever be a part of my life.
