after our house being listed for 1 week and 1 day we have sold it, but I;m not sure for how much because we have 2 poeple fighting over it. Yeah.

So we have put in another ofter on our dream house, but I'm not sure they will take it.

I am just so excited I had to share.

That's great!  There was a house in my neighborhood that was listed and on the market for like six months before it sold! You got an interested buyer really fast! Even better---TWO interested buyers! Good luck closing the deal and getting what you want!

We signed the contract today (or looking at the time yesterday) and the closing date is Feb 17th. We still havn't heard anything on the house we want. So now we are planning to move in with my parents til we find a house, we will all be share one room. That should be fun.

Oh boy that sounds like fun    I can't believe that other house has been so slow to respond on your offers.. that really sucks...  but congrats on finalizing the sale of your house!
