Jabear, I am not sure what it is called I know brandon ordered it from Black Ice to get her use to wearing a pulling harness until she gets old enough to pull things. (Oh gosh, guys I feel so bad, I thought my Tonka was 5 months old and she is only 4 months! I can't believe I am such a dork)
