I think Cesar Millan is the best.  If we taught his philosophy for dealing with pups in schools the world would be a better place.  Most of his advice could double for good parenting!

ROFL I have said this so many times.  In fact, I used to be a mental health therapist for children and families, I did family therapy and tx with just the kids and just the parents.  If I had known about Cesar, I would have skipped grad school and just shown people his show instead of trying to describe this 'calm assertive' approach to child rearing! Man, that could have saved me 7 years of useless schooling.
